Boys Track and Field Conditioning Starts This Week

Spring is almost here and it's time to get ready for the 2019 season. Conditioning sessions start this week. They are open to all potential members of the boys track team and last 90 minutes. Meet outside the weight room the following days:
 
Tuesday, Feb. 12 2:30 p.m
Thursday, Feb. 14 2:30 p.m. 
Tuesday, Feb. 19 2:30 p.m.
Thursday, Feb. 21 2:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Feb. 26 2:30 p.m.
Thursday, Feb. 28 2:30 p.m.
The first mandatory practice of the season is Monday, March 11 at 2:30 p.m. in the main gym.
